15 exclusive leads within 60 days of ads going live, or your service fee is refunded. The guarantee covers leads, not closed sales. Meta ad spend is separate from the refundable service fee.
Are my leads shared?+
No. Leads delivered to your business are exclusive and never shared with competitors.
Who follows up with the leads?+
You contact the leads, provide quotes and close the jobs. DUMB Marketing runs your ads and delivers leads. Lead follow-up and nurturing are not included.
Is ad spend included?+
No. You pay your advertising budget directly to Meta. It is separate from DUMB Marketing's service fee.
Does the service renew automatically?+
No. There is no auto-renewal or lock-in beyond the agreed term. Any continued service requires a new agreement.
Is a website build included?+
No. Website builds are only included when quoted separately.
