Website Terms & SMS Messaging Terms

This website, dumbmarketing.io, is operated by Murtaza Haider, carrying on business as DUMB Marketing ("DUMB Marketing", "we", "us"). DUMB Marketing is based in Quebec and serves local businesses in Canada and the United States.

These terms apply to visitors and people who contact us or book a call through the website. They do not replace the separate Client Services Agreement that paying clients sign. If you become a client, that agreement governs our paid work together.

By using this website, you agree to:

• Give accurate, current information when you fill out a form or book a call.
• Only submit information you are allowed to share, including phone numbers that belong to you.
• Not misuse the site, for example by sending spam, trying to break its security, or interfering with how it works.

Submitting a form or booking a call does not make you a paid client and does not create any obligation for you or for us. It lets us review your request and offer a 45-minute call. Our standard remodeling campaigns promise 15 exclusive leads within 60 days of ads going live, or the service fee is refunded. Leads are never shared with competitors. This is a lead guarantee, not a guarantee of sales or revenue. Meta ad spend is paid directly by the client and is separate from the service fee and its refund. The client handles lead follow-up, nurturing, quotes and closing. Website builds require a separate quote. There is no auto-renewal or lock-in beyond the agreed term. Your Client Services Agreement records the agreed service term and guarantee.

DUMB Marketing offers two separate, optional text message programs. Messages are sent from +1 438-230-1854.

a) Call-related texts (non-marketing)

If you opt in, we may text you confirmations, reminders, and updates about a call you booked with DUMB Marketing (for example, a reminder before your call or a notice if the time changes).

b) Marketing texts

Only if you separately opt in, we may text you tips on generating remodeling leads, follow-up about DUMB Marketing services, relevant offers, and service updates.

Your choice

• Each program has its own checkbox. Checking one does not mean you agree to the other.
• Neither box is checked in advance, and neither is required to submit a form or book a call.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and getting help

• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We honour opt-out requests.
• Reply HELP for help, or email info@dumbmarketing.io.
• If you opt out and later want texts again, you will need to opt in again.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in consent or phone number with third parties for their marketing.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information, including information you give us through forms, bookings, and text messages. The Privacy Policy governs how your personal information is handled.

The content on this website, including text, design, logos, images, and videos, belongs to DUMB Marketing or is used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, resell, or republish the content without our written permission.

This site may link to other websites and tools, such as booking or scheduling pages run by third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
